Hire the training centre

Vilafortuny Specialised Training Centre is a fully equipped, DHA and KHDA certified facility in Jumeirah. Alongside its own programmes, it is available to hire by professional organisations, device manufacturers and course providers running training of their own.

Rental agreements cover both didactic and clinical training, and the room is configured for single or multi-day courses.

The training room

The centre seats 24 participants plus the speaker or speakers. Audio-visual equipment and support for the trainer are included in the agreement.

Equipment provided

• Samsung 95-inch professional display, edge LED, full high definition
• HDMI cables to connect the speaker's laptop
• Audio cables for laptop and smartphone, on request
• Two ear-worn microphones for the speaker
• Two LED desktop panels, on request

Clinical access

• Access to the Vilafortuny dental laboratory for observation
• Access to clinical areas for live procedures

Live procedure streaming

Content can be streamed live from the surgeries into the training room, so delegates watch a procedure as it happens rather than on recorded video. The same feed can be sent over high-speed internet to an audience anywhere in the world, which suits hybrid events and international faculty.

Catering and hospitality

Catering can be arranged as part of the booking, including a cocktail setting beside the swimming pool or a rooftop terrace with a live barbecue station. Useful for evening sessions, product launches and the social half of a multi-day programme.
